Oggi, girovagando su qualche forum “specializzato” in Sistemi Operativi, ho trovato il link ad un sofware davvero interessante che potrebbe davvero semplificare la manutenzione ed il ripristino di un database Active Directory 2008. Si tratta di del Directory Service Comparison Tool.
In poche parole cosa promette di fare?
- Fa una comparazione tra oggetti di un database AD e uno snapshot AD
- Ripristina attributi direttamente da uno snapshot
- “Rianimare” oggetti cancellati
- Riconfigurare le appartenenze a gruppi
- Visualizzare log di AD (auditing avanzato)
